ADP is hiring a Community Administrator. The Community Administrator will implements AVS’s SmartCompliance Online Community Strategy, managing engagement and interactivity with its audiences, and cultivating a sense of community with our clients, partners, and employees. This role coordinates with the internal business unit teams to support their respective missions, ensuring consistency in voice and brand.In this role, you will manage the external client facing and/or internal associate communities in support of one or many AVS business units. Your efforts ensure our users become enthusiastic evangelists because of their exceptional online experience in our community. Primary success in this role does not depend on technology, but on engaging interactions and experiences and the sharing/creation of content. As such, you will contribute to the evolution of the community based on data-driven insights, user input, and business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social strategy implementation and evolution.

Play a key role in the implementation of the online community strategy by designing and building experience enhancements in the community and coordinating with stakeholders across ADP to ensure its effectiveness and sustainability.

Influence and contribute to the evolution of the social strategy through recommendations based on community insights and user feedback.

Act as an advocate of AVS and ADP in our communities, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.

Community engagement. Ensure proactive management of community groups through the active engagement of community moderators, the development of editorial calendars, event schedules, and appropriate content creation.

Work with the business to develop and implement appropriate incentive and engagement programs, such as gamification, badging, and other recognition.

Moderate questions, comments, and general feedback within the community, responding to community members when required and removing any feedback that does not fall in line with community rules.

Develop compelling activities to promote and increase awareness of our communities at live events where appropriate.

Develop strategies for engaging content and experiences in the community that meet the needs of the various customer profiles.

This could include competitions, web chats, challenge of the week, etc.

Community management.

Work with vendors and consultants to proactively maintain and optimize the community platform to continuously improve the user experience.

Analyze, review, and report on community performance, using native community reporting tools, surveys, and other analytics tools.

Provide regular feedback to the business on user attitudes, behaviors, and needs. Help define a moderation policy that aligns with the ADP Social Media Policy, train moderators, use to moderate all user generated content, and monitor moderators for compliance.

Facilitate continuous learning and improvement of moderators by leading community moderator group, fostering connections, and helping share best practices.

Provide technical support to community users.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
BA/BS in Communications, English, Journalism, or related discipline or equivalent

Minimum 2 years demonstrated of hands-on, successful management of social media communities for a large enterprise

Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects

Experience working in a Jive, IBM Connect, or SharePoint community platform

Experience in contributing to effective external communications strategies, supported by strong written and verbal communications

Experience with using web/community analytics to develop insights and drive continuous improvement

Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
