Information Specialist - Senior Services of Van Buren County - South Haven, MI






Description
Provides basic information to seniors on the phone and in the office. Has a solid understanding of the agency’s programs and can direct clients appropriately. Carewatch is geared to help seniors live in their homes for as long as possible by utilizing as many resources, available to them, as possible. This position will require in depth training in the Carewatch program to assist seniors towards success.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: One year social service or two years customer service
experience preferred.
Reliable transportation
Organized and able to multi task
Part time at 30 hours per week
