Job DescriptionAn entry level for meter reader personnel. Under close supervision, will learn to read water meters and report water usage. Will learn to receive payments on delinquent accounts and to disconnect or connect water service. Job AdvertisementWill learn to perform the duties of a Meter Reader Trainee. Will be required to read an assigned route on a daily basis. Must work with speed and accuracy at all times. Valid California Operators license issued by the State of Department of Motor Vehicles required. Department of Motor Vehicles driving record may influence employment or classification. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is desired. $3,379.00 – $4,627.00
