Requirements: * Extremely pleasant phone manner * Detail oriented — must have a strong eye for detail * Strong organizational skills * Computer Proficiency with: CRM’s Word, Excel, Outlook. . . * Strong understanding of FedEx policies and procedures * A readiness to help those you work with * Ability to multi-task * A willingness to learnResponsibilities will include: * Answering phones * Facilitating Client welcome process * Walking clients through documentation (t’s crossed, i’s dotted) * Administering of documentation and paperwork * FedEx Management — setting pickups — tracking packages * Interfacing with Clients, and in regards to FedEx Management * Administering of materials being sent and received * Tracking paperwork and funding * Assisting Sales Staff with expedites * Backup of Sales Staff, when needed * Telephone follow up, setting appointments * General office tasksOur employees are valued and we offer a great work environment.
