Assist in greeting callers and guests and other receptionist duties
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff and guests
Answer and effectively triage all incoming telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
As a back up, handle inquiry calls and occasional tours within the community when no designated manager is available
Ensure that each guest signs in and signs out
Ensure that residents sign out and back in when they return
Monitors the front lobby to ensure the safety and security of the community
Contribute as a positive team member
Clerical and administrative support services
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven skills working independently and self directed
Perform essential receptionist duties
Experience in filing and organizing in an office setting
Team player
Hospitality orientation
Ability to assist Executive Director with the handling of inquiry calls and tours
Professional appearance and demeanor
