Responsibilities:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and/or convert course content (Instructor Guides, Learner Guides, Presentations) using SWA University curriculum templates (Word, PowerPoint)
Convert and/or build training exams/assessments using Articulate Quizmaker®
Assist Project Lead with various curriculum development related projects requiring research, project management, planning, etc.
Support Development Managers and Project Leads with various tasks such as writing communications, editing curriculum, documenting meeting notes/actions, etc.
Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
EDUCATION:
Progress towards degree, major/minor in Training & Development, Learning Technology, or Organizational Development field.
Minimum junior level.
To be eligible must be currently enrolled as a full time student (minimum 12 credit hours).
Maintained 3.0 or above cumulative GPA.
EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of Adult Learning, e-learning, and Instructional design theory preferred.
Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as a part of a Team.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
File management experience using Windows Explorer preferred.
Experience in creating and editing written communication, presentations, curriculum guides, exams, publications, manuals preferred.
Graphical creativity a plus (PowerPoint slide design, Photoshop experience)
