Virtual Assistant/Project Manager


We are a leadership training company serving city and county government and the Fire Service. We’ve been in business for 28 years. We are looking for an admin assistant/project manager to focus on managing the details of our data bases and systems.


Experience in managing CRM and Marketing Automation would be helpful (we use Salesforce and Greenrope). Customer service experience would be helpful. The position starts at part time (15-20 hours) and could grow to full time. The pay starts at $15.83 per hour.

Responsibilities


  • Managing the details of our systems and process. * Importing new customers and data bases

  • Managing and automating our work flow.

  • Keeping the calendar up-to-date and confirmed.

  • Calling customers to schedule follow-up appointments.

  • Emailing Fire Chiefs to confirm upcoming workshops.

  • Responding to any customer emails or phone calls.

  • Calling customers to schedule follow-up appointments.

  • Managing the web site and responding to new customer inquiries.

  • Calling to welcome new customers to our program and inviting them to schedule an introductory interview.

Qualifications


  • You can create and follow systems consistently.

  • You enjoy details and systems.

  • You can type at least 50 words per minute and have excellent spelling & grammar skills.

  • You can work in the mornings between 6:00 to noon Pacific Standard Time (3-4 hours per morning).

  • You can work independently from home.

  • You have high speed internet and a phone (with headset).

  • Responsibility (having a sense of ownership for the work and caring for our customers).

Required experience:


  • Great spelling, grammer and typing speed; Experience as a project mamager or admin assistant: 5 years
