Employees will take incoming calls about Healthcare 1095-B Tax forms. 1095-B is a health insurance tax form which reports the type of coverage you have, dependents covered by your insurance policy, and the period of coverage for the prior year.

Hours (Full time /40 hours each week):
Training – 4pm to 12:30am (2 weeks)
Work hours – 8am to 9pm – Monday through Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
Pay:
$11.50/hr (overtime may be available)

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from new and existing customers regarding medical insurance tax form 1095-B.
- Provide superb customer service while addressing issues, providing support and offer information, as needed
- Keep customers satisfied
- Document calls appropriately within database
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1+ Years of high volume customer service experience (call center, retail, food service, etc). We will train the right people
- High School Diploma Required.
- Highly desired background in Taxes or Healthcare.
- Must have open availability to work a 40 hour a week work schedule. Monday-Friday (NO WEEKENDS)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with extreme attention to detail and ownership will be required
