Posting Clerk
Responsibilities:
Data entry
for all departmental personnel.
Organize and
maintain work-in-process piecework cards and assist in locating lost
piecework cards.
Return
piecework cards for work-in-process operations to the production floor to
allow additional work to be posted.
Return all
source documents that cannot be keyed into the computer to the Production
Team Lead or designated person for resolution.
Key daily
variables such as setup, change over and tear down.
Key daily
departmental maintenance labor reporting sheet.
Ensure proper
filing and disposal of all piecework cards for each department.
Assist the
Production Team Lead or designate with any pay related tasks.
Assist
Internal Audit Department as required.
Work with
Payroll and Production Team Leads to verify employee payroll accuracy.
Assist with
production postings in other departments when necessary.
Assist the
Production Schedulers with problem piecework cards.
This is a third shift position.
Qualifications:
High school
diploma or equivalent.
Must be able
to work third shift and irregular hours during Divisional Inventories.
Excellent
organizational skills to handle a constantly changing set of priorities.
Knowledge of
Fexnet and SAP computer systems preferred.
Ability to
process a substantial amount of numbers accurately.
Ability to
work in a teamwork environment.
Excellent
attendance required.
