Maintain control of all products within the facility. Qualifications Generally, positions in our facilities require standing or sitting for long periods of time. These positions may require heavy and/or repeated lifting, bending, stooping, reaching overhead or crawling. Specific physical requirements for the job will be discussed during our interview process. Essential Duties (Considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skill, judgment, safety knowledge, and responsibility): Assist in answering incoming telephone calls and provide customer service as needed. Produce business reports as directed by Operations Manager. Sort all bill of ladings by zone and assist in setting up of delivery routes for the next day. Process incoming trucks as needed. Research rolls not in location and resolve. Follow up on all hot rush orders. Process all Return Authorizations and arrange for pick-up. Make recommendations for efficiency and improvement. Filing of shipping related paperwork as required. Contact drivers as required by customer or management request. Process all Return Authorizations for Hard Surface. Assist with Hard Surface reconciliation. Complete regular scheduled cycle inventory. Participate in inventory reconciliation. Research rolls not in location and resolve. Back up other positions as needed. Perform tasks as determined by the Operations Manager. This positon is located in, and works out of Savannah, GA. $16.93 per hour
