NATURE OF WORK : The Switchboard Operator will answer all incoming calls and transfer calls appropriately, using a multi-line position switchboard.


Pages announcements when requested.


Maintains confidentiality at all times.


Demonstrates high degree of professionalism.


Performs other duties as may be assigned by management.


QUALIFICATIONS


High school graduate or equivalent


Keyboarding skills and effective verbal and written communication skills required.
