Cover VA CC (handles Medicaid inquiries for the State of VA) is looking for 15 inbound agents. Must have 2 years of Call Center experience, high school diploma required (some college is preferred), and must have great customer service and communication skills.

Hourly rate for agents will be $13.00/hour. Hours are M – F, 10AM – 7PM (and rotating Saturdays (from 9AM -12PM)).


IMPORTANT: interviews will be done. Please prescreen to ensure call center experience and good customer service skills.
