we are seeking a qualified candidate for an
Employee Relations Specialist
to provide support to the
Findlay, OH Manufacturing Plant
.


Day to Day


The Employee Relations Specialist will be

responsible for building and enhancing leader capability in the area of

employee relations. This role will also partner with the HR Community of

Expertise to build organizational capability to support time and attendance,

conflict resolution and investigation processes.


What You Will Do


  • Identify capability gaps of leaders in employee relations space

  • Partner with HR Community of Expertise (COE) to deliver employee relations

    training

  • Actively coach and develop leaders to increase employee relations capability

  • Prepare leadership with tools and resources to fully support their teams

  • Assist/support HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications

What You Need To Succeed

In order to succeed in this position you will need to have a 5-7 HR experience.

Experience supporting a manufacturing operations environment is highly

desirable. The following qualifications and experience will prepare you for

this role:


Undergraduate degree in HR or related field


  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP prefered, but not required

  • 2-5 years of employee relations experience

  • Proven ability in building leader and organizational capability

  • Demonstrated achievements in leadership development and advanced coaching

  • Ability to work in a high paced environment

  • Exceptional and persuasive oral and written communication skills

  • Strong facilitation skills

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently

  • Relocatable
