  • Greets visitors and performs general administrative duties.

  • Handles incoming calls and may operate a switchboard.

  • May also assist other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks.

  • This staff member will be also be responsible for scheduling appointments as well as assist the massage therapist as needed.

Salary: $9.00 /hour
