- Responsible for following through on all insurance referrals and pre-authorizations.
- Required to verify and ensure patients have insurance referrals and/or pre-certifications as needed, prior to visit and/or medical procedures.
- Knowledge of insurance policies, rules and regulations for referrals and pre-certifications preferred.
- Computer data entry or word processor experience desired.
- Must have professional telephone manner.
- Must work independently and as a team player.
Full time position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
