Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Director, General Manager, and/or Manager of Maintenance.
WORK ACTIVITIES/CONTEXT:
Performs secretarial and administrative tasks associated with assigned personnel.
Composes, types, and edits correspondence.
Compiles data and prepares special reports as directed by the Director, General Manager, and/or Manager of Maintenance.
Maintains files for reference and control purposes.
Makes travel arrangements.
Answers telephone calls with efficiency.
Opens, sorts, and responds to mail.
Complies with special projects or directives as set forth from time-to-time by the Director, General Manager, and/or Manager of Maintenance.
Operates PC equipment, utilizing word processing and spreadsheet software.
Operates copy machine, Fax equipment, and other standard office equipment.
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders.
Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
EDUCATION:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- College coursework or a degree is preferred.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
At least two years of Administrative experience, preferably in the airline
industry.
SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:
Ability to type and/or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
Must be able to master several PC software packages.
Must be able to operate multiline telephone with courtesy and sufficient speed.
Must be able to read documents, follow instructions, learn and understand office procedures.
Must be able to perform mathematical computations.
Must possess excellent organizational skills.
Excellent memory and ability to function well under stress with minimal supervision and/or assistance.
Must demonstrate an extremely high regard for confidential and sensitive information.
Must function as a team player.
Must be able to work outside normal business hours if required.
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
