As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager across key responsibilities in all aspects of the business (P+L, team motivation, business development and account management), ensuring a phenomenal customer experience and that seeing that everything runs smoothly.

The successful candidate:
- An experienced Assistant/ Deputy Manager with experience ideally gained within retail, leisure or hospitality
- A good understanding of how to enhance the customer’s experience
- Goal orientated and no stranger to personal achievement
- An intuitive mind, able to identify, appreciate and react to the customer’s individual needs
- A sales mentality, with a consultative approach
- Excellent communication skills in the written word in addition to a great telephone manner.
- Good attention to detail
- Energy and enthusiasm with an engaging personality
- Drive and ambition to succeed
