Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers in their industry who are looking for a number of Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding and friendly team.


The Role


  • Answering phone and email queries

  • Making outbound calls to contractors

  • Ensure all information is correct and up to date on in-house database

  • Supporting the payroll team

  • General administrative duties

  • Ensuring customers are are kept informed of progress

  • Assisting where necessary other members of the team

The Candidate


  • Previous customer service experience required

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong IT skills

  • Highly motivated and committed

  • Desire to be a team player of a friendly and rapid growing company

  • Basic understanding of HRMC Tax & NI would be an advantage
