Our client is one of the UK’s leading providers in their industry who are looking for a number of Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding and friendly team.
The Role
- Answering phone and email queries
- Making outbound calls to contractors
- Ensure all information is correct and up to date on in-house database
- Supporting the payroll team
- General administrative duties
- Ensuring customers are are kept informed of progress
- Assisting where necessary other members of the team
The Candidate
- Previous customer service experience required
- Excellent telephone manner
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills
- Highly motivated and committed
- Desire to be a team player of a friendly and rapid growing company
- Basic understanding of HRMC Tax & NI would be an advantage
