Job Responsibilities:

The Gainesville, FL office of Golder Associates has an opening for an temporary, part-time File Clerk (approximately 20 hours per week) for a project assignment.


Responsibilities may include:

* Keeping files and documents organized (filing and sorting).

* Working with both paper documents and electronic files and conducting routine tasks such as data entry, organization, cross-referencing, scanning, copying, and retrieval.

* Help maintain document database.

* Make sure documents are stored and labeled correctly for later use.

* All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

If you meet the following requirements you are invited to apply:

* A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

* Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

* Must be able to lift file boxes of varying sizes and weights.

* Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, and be self-motivated.
