Financial and Facilities Administrator – Bourne End – £21k
The main purpose of the role is to manage the overall purchase ledger function including the processing of invoices and automated payments; acting as a premises administrator liaising with suppliers; ad-hoc receptionist duties.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase ledger – processing and verification of invoices, expense claims.
- Review and authorisation of stationary orders.
- Internet banking transactions.
- Clearing of suspense items.
- Processing of cheques.
- Processing of non automated bank payments
- Liaising with Barclays on banking queries.
- Dealing with all requests that come into the bank clearing inbox.
- Processing of direct debits.
- Monthly debt sale files.
- Clearing outstanding transactions on closed accounts.
- Liaising with suppliers on any premises related questions including but not exclusively: rates, rent, cleaning, security, maintenance & refuse.
- Health and safety including: fire safety training, fire risk assessment & alarm testing.
- Answering the phone.
- Opening and distribution of post.
