Macildowie HR is currently working in partnership with a nationally recognised, high street retail organisation that are looking for an HR Administrator. The role is located in Hertfordshire, and looking to pay between £20,000 and £24,000.
The Role
As the HR Administrator you will be part of the growing HR team and working within a really generalist role. This will include working with the resourcing team, looking at high volume recruitment campaigns; this will include processing any applications for roles and referring them to the relevant line managers for assessment and notify any successful applicants of the interview arrangements. Successful applicants will then be notified and sent employment contracts and offer letters.
You will have the opportunity in this role to process high volumes of new starters and leavers, distributing induction packs and conducting induction training as well as exit interviewing any leavers and processing the results.
Day to day, you will be the first point of contact for employees up to line manager level with regard to company policy and procedure as well as employment law. General upkeep of the system is also an aspect of the role alongside the rest of the administrative team.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or experienced HR Administrator with some experience in the retail industry. As well as the ability to work in a timely and focussed manner, as part of a team and individually would be preferable. You should enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment as the role involves processing in high volumes.
