An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time IFA Administrator to work for this well-established financial services practice based in Chesham.
Ideally, the successful IFA Administrator will have relevant experience, be willing to work towards professional qualifications and be able to work with all areas of the business (pensions, investments, mortgages and protection).
Responsibilities include:
Processing new business
Maintaining an accurate record of the client’s financial situation
Dealing with changes to policies, fund and client personal details
liaising with advisers, product providers, platforms to ensure that all matters are resolved.
Responding to client and adviser requests and dealing with these in a timely manner
You will need to be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally both in writing and verbally. Good working knowledge of Word and Excel is essential.
