We are growing our Internal Sales Team within our head office in Marlow. The role would ideally suit someone who likes working with and through people, who is friendly and has the drive to achieve results through a logical and systematic approach. The team environment within Internal Sales requires actively influencing and motivating a variety of people in changing situations. The person fulfilling the role should have strong influencing skills as selling a product or a concept must be accomplished by gaining willing acceptance.
Key responsibilities:
- Create structured campaigns via sectors and geography to support the field based consultants
- Follow up emails with phone calls to establish contacts and to generate interest in the products
- Pro-actively monitor all incoming leads, identify requirements and establish the appropriate solution for the client.
