CliniMed Ltd markets and distributes a wide range of medical products with a focus on Stoma Care, Urology and Continence and Wound Care.


CliniMed works closely with a range of healthcare professionals in the Community and Hospital sectors, as well as directly with patients, to ensure it retains a class-leading reputation for product, education and service provision.


You will work with the IT Manager to review technologies that might aid the business.


Essential:


  • General IT Support Background, preferably 1-2 years in a similar environment

  • Experience of supporting Microsoft Office & Microsoft Operating system products

  • Some experience of supporting Microsoft Server, Microsoft Exchange Server and basic network experience including DNS, DHCP, switches and cabling

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) essential, ability to give clear written and verbal instructions and explain technical issues internally and to suppliers.

  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities

  • Good Team Player

  • Possess a ‘can do’ attitude

Desirable:


  • Avaya IP Office

  • Remote Desktop Services (RDS)/CITRIX

  • Goldmine

  • Symantec Backup Exec

  • McAfee Anti-virus software

  • Microsoft MSCE qualifications
