Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide our customers with an optimal shopping experience
· Answering inbound customer service calls from our English speaking customers.
· Assist our customers in handling any needs that arise in regards to placing orders
· The ability to actively problem solve and diffuse challenging situations
Minimum Essential Qualifications
· Type 20+ WPM
· Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
· A collaborative approach and willingness to engage in an environment of active idea sharing
· Sharp organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
· Ability to handle confidential information.
