In the role of Outreach Sales Leader, you will effectively communicate Holidays unique value proposition to referral sources in your marketplace. You will set sales appointments, develop relationships, and generate qualified leads to all communities within a marketplace. Use discretion and judgment to create, evaluate, and revise marketing plans that generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads in target markets to satisfy business objectives. Manage key accounts by identifying and developing key accounts, building relationships with critical decision makers at referral sources, and establishing a strong sales pipeline. Make decisions on when to shift and/or adjust efforts as needed based on results. Analyze and evaluate outreach effectiveness by tracking the results through reports in Holidays CRM system. Report and collaborate on the outcome of all referral calls to the Regional and Community teams on a weekly basis, sometimes more frequently. Use discretion and judgment to generate leads and referral sources by cultivating and maintaining external referral relationships with local professional groups and healthcare organizations. Promote and market awareness, reputation, and knowledge of the communities with key decision makers. Attain commitments to refer prospective residents from local referral sources. Provide instruction and guidance to the local sales teams, regional leadership, and marketing to develop and convert leads from referral and professional lead generation sources, such as A Place for Mom, to confirmed move-ins. Articulate through presentations and relationships the mission and value of Holiday Retirement. Understand market trends, key performance indicators and changes in marketplace. This role requires 75% or more working outside the community, meeting with potential customers to close sales. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelors Degree (B.A/B.S.) Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and leadership of sales teams Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multi-unit portfolios Deep knowledge of relationship based selling Proven track record of exceeding sales goals through a dispersed sales team Ability to travel extensively (90% of the time) throughout the region/district/organization by automobile and airplane. Physical Requirements and Working Environment Ability to: Travel by airplanes, trains and automobiles as needed to conduct outreach and marketing efforts. Majority of time will be spent away from subject communities. Sit for long periods of time while performing job duties. Cooperatively operate in a professional office environment which may be noisy or disruptive at times. Routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and fax machines. Work full time, reporting to the Home Office location with typical office hours and additional time as needed. Holiday Retirement is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
