About Vidant Duplin Hospital
Vidant Duplin Hospital is a 81-bed, not-for-profit hospital, located in Kenansville, North Carolina. The newly renovated, 15-bed ER serves approximately 22,000 patients per year from the local community and surrounding towns.
Responsibilities
- The Patient Access Representative I is responsible for providing quality registration and customer service to all patients, visitor and internal customers.
- Obtain all demographic, insurance and medical information accurately and thoroughly and complete fields in the registration pathway that impact patient care, billing and reporting.
- As a Patient Access Representative, you are also responsible for ensuring a positive first impression.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum six months experience with computers.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Skilled at typing and data entry.
Preferred Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
