One of the UK’s leading food organisations is looking for an experienced project manager to join their successful team. With strong project management skills you are an organised and efficient individual who has the ability to lead projects, ensuring all deadlines are met and all progress is tracked. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with software systems, preferably project and workflow management, with the confidence to delegate work and experience in compiling clear and concise reports. You will also have a passion for driving change and improvements in businesses, preferably within the food sector or retail. If you have an analytical mind with strong planning skills and a passion for food then this is the ideal role for you.
As Project Manager you will coordinate and facilitate the company’s strategic projects in line with their growth plan, including the major project they are launching during 2015/2016. You will take ownership for the implementation plan and then the ongoing tracking of these projects. Working closely with key stakeholders and wider teams you will deliver weekly reports on the progress of the projects, keeping them on track and highlighting any issues. You will assume responsibility for the company’s project management system, ensuring all projects are inputted correctly, tracked and reported.
