Lovely administration role based in a leading organisation just outside of High Wycombe.
This varied, busy role is based within the HR department and you will take responsibility for all recruitment administration.
Key Duties will be:
- Advertising vacancies
- Liasing with agencies and the media
- Responding to candidates with the outcomes of applications
- Administer and maintain the candidate talent pool
- Arranging and conducting structured telephone interviews
- Co-ordination of assessment centre
Experience required:
- Previous admin experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
- Computer literate with MS Office skills
- Exceptional organisational skills
