My retained client is a growing business with a fast developing reputation in their sector. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a proven sales manager.


In this role the sales manager will own the full end to end process, from lead generation to closing the completion. Typical stages will include:



  • Generation of enquiries / leads

  • Dealing with leads over the phone and ‘walk-ins’ converting into appointments

  • Face to face appointments, covering comprehensive fact-finding

  • Needs based and consultative sales consultations with high net worth clients

  • Secondary meetings and follow up appointments when needs to secure business

  • Securing agreements and end transactions

As well as traditional sales processes, you will also be accountable for local marketing, specifically focussed around raising local profile and building a network of referrers and contacts (the same way an IFA or private bank manager would). You would be expected to attend and host networking events, identify and reach out to key referral sources and build a ‘little black book’ of warm contacts.


Requirements:



  • A proven track record in high-value sales (EG Mortgages / property / hotel events sales)

  • A keen focus on consultative selling

  • Has previous experience of selling complex products to high-net-worth clientele (B2C)

  • A pro-active networker

  • Able to work autonomously

  • Happy to be office based with occasional local travel (meeting contacts etc.)

  • Experience of managing and working with a CRM system

  • Smart, articulate and great presenter
