Store Manager – The Role:
- Providing an inspiring and world-class service to the customers
- Constant liaison with all areas of the business and implementing strategic directives
- Training and developing all members of store staff
- Maintaining, updating and implementing store merchandising
- Full ownership of driving excellent levels of customer service and sales
- Promoting the company’s brand to achieve overall goals

- Excellent track record of successfully leading a team of sales consultants to achieve personal and team revenue, as well as KPI targets
- Consultative selling professional
- Previous man-management experience
- Strong communicator at all levels
- Customer focused and commercial
