Job duties include:
Plan, organize and assemble information for past exploration to enter date in to databases.
Perform office tasks, such as answering telephones, filling out time sheets, and answering requests for information.
Minimum Qualifications:
Data entry skills sufficient to compile, sort, and verify data accuracy before entering it.
Ability to input data quickly and accurately.
Ability to check input and output data for completeness, accuracy, and discrepancies.
English (speaking and/or writing and/or reading orally) sufficient to answer telephones, direct calls, take messages, and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
Requires occasionally lifting and/or carrying such articles as file folders, ledgers, and small tools. Although a sedentary job is defined as one which involves sitting, a certain amount of walking and standing is often necessary in carrying out job duties.
