ChefAdvantage is seeking a polished office professional for the position of customer service representative / data entry clerk. This key position is the primary point of contact for our customers by phone, email, and online ordering portals.
Excellent telephone and written communications skills are a must. Strong computer experience including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is also required. Must be able to learn internal computer programs quickly and enter large amounts of data accurately.
This individual needs to have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines, be able to work independently, and make decisions.
This is a full-time permanent position, working in our comfortable Kennesaw office Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Benefits include Health/Dental/Life Insurance, paid holidays, PTO time, and a retirement plan.
