Responsibilities for Front Desk Agent


  • Check billing instruction and guest credit for compliance with hotel credit policy and ensure all transactions are handled in a secure manner

  • Make and change guest reservations

  • Handle all guest service inquiries

  • Knowledgeable about PBX procedures and serve as a central communications point during emergency/crisis situation; develop and maintain relationships with local fire, police and emergency personnel

  • Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty

Work Conditions / Requirements


  • Upsell rooms when possible

  • Work well with all department

  • Be on time for all shifts

  • Never say guest room number out loud

  • Able to work on own without supervision ( multi task)

  • Being courteous and helpful with guest

  • Count your cash bank at beginning and end of shift

  • Deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life

Required education:


  • High school or equivalent
