IC Design and Verification for Wireless Connectivity Combo products.

Experience in High level verification methodologies (UVM) and Hardware description languages (System Verilog) is required.
The work involves understanding digital RTL then developing corresponding test plans and applying these to verify designs until coverage goals are achieved, and completing all required verification activities at IP or SoC level to insure high quality commercial success of our products.
Use of new methodologies and tools to continuously improve quality and efficiency is an essential part of the work. Team members are involved in scripting for RTL generation, Assertions, simulation, formal verification (static property checking), HW-SW co-verification, constraint/HVL-based verification and simulation acceleration. A successful Design/Verification candidate will be detail oriented with solid analytic and debugging skills, strong digital RTL understanding, Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and fine written and verbal communication skills.
Your responsibilities include:
-Functional verification test plans.
-Simulate use scenarios for devices.
-Develop verification environment and test suites for SOC and IP level.
-Implement Coverage driven verification technologies
Job Requirements
Technical requirements
– Total engineering minimum experience required is typically a BS degree and 3 years of experience, or an MS degree.
– 1 plus years in developing wireless SOC in the area of WLAN/BT/FM/NFC/ZIGBEE is a plus.
– Experience with wireless communication protocols is preferred.
– Preferred experience in programming and scripting in linux environment, using TCL, PERL, etc.
– High level Verification languages for IC verification (System Verilog/UVM)
– Flexible to move between all IC Design/Verification activities is required
– Understanding of digital RTL and gate level simulations and debug (Verilog).
– Embedded ARM processor coding (C).
– Test bench architecture and simulation tools.
– Test plans for IP.
– Analog/mix signal IP integration experience is a plus.
– Interface with multi-disciplinary teams for chip design, specification and validation.
