Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for various key tasks in the areas of design and verification of cutting edge wireless designs. The day-to-day tasks for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Participating in the verification processes of wireless ASICs and various subsystems within these chips
- Participating in the design of SoC toplevel functions
- Develop SoC tests and assertions, and responsible for regression environment setup and debug
- Working with silicon validation team to debug issues seen during silicon bringup and system validation in relation to various features that were verified pre-silicon
Requirements:
- Electrical or Computer Engineer BS degree required
- Experience in logic design, Verilog/VHDL RTL, simulation and debug
- Good scripting languages (PERL, Python, TCL) programming skills
- Must have strong problem solving skills
- Able to assume responsibility and be proactive taking initiative to address issues, set direction and meet commitments.
- Able to work independently, in a team environment, and across teams
- Some proficiency with State of art CAD tools is a plus
