Office Receptionist - 00-1467 - PAMPA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER - Pampa, TX





Responsible for performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the clinic. Responsibilities include for appointment scheduling, patient check-in, answering phones, and chart management. Provides Information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services. Conveys a positive image of organization. Participates in the department’s performance improvement activities.

Three to five year’s secretarial experience preferred.

Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate in additional languages preferred.

Experience in a physician office preferred.
