Customer Service Representative- Jacksonville, FL
Commercial Fire is looking for talented customer service representatives to join the 3rd shift team. We are a nationwide provider of fire protection and life safety services, that partners with technicians across the United States to provide our customers with reliable and outstanding customer service. We are in need of a motivated individual that is desiring the chance to gain experience in the customer service realm, while developing the skill sets necessary to advance your career.
Roles & Responsibilities following:
- Answering inbound calls from technicians on site performing inspections and repairs for our national account customers, which include retail, hospitality, and restaurant chains.
- Building relationships with technicians, customers, and coworkers.
- Answering inbound calls from customers and facilities management companies requesting service and providing updates on existing requests.
- Dispatching technicians to customer locations to perform demand repairs and assessments of fire life safety systems.
- Dispatch of preventative maintenance work orders.
- Updating customers at the store level with technician’s ETA.
- Taking on special projects when required.
Necessary Skills:
- Able to organize work, while engaging in a variety of tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Notable computer knowledge and aptitude of software applications
- Attention to detail and good decision making skills
- Possesses leadership capabilities and acts as a team player
- Has to be willing to work shift for at least a year
Experience:
- 2 years of customer service experience is preferred
- AA degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $13.20 /hour
