Adm Support Asst II (2 positions) - Mecklenburg County - Charlotte, NC





Incumbents are responsible for performing more complex data entry, compiling reports, transcribing meeting minutes, creating basic correspondence, conducting research and performing basic quantitative quality assurance reviews.

High School Diploma, or G.E.D., and two years of clerical experience in area of assignment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and departmental policies and procedures are required at this level.


Special Requirements


Incumbents for this position will be responsible for: checking and distributing printer mail, review and/or preparation of case manager mail outs, making and distributing copies, requesting history of payments in the Automated Case Tracking Management System(ACTS), searching and entering service dates and service disposition in ACTS, data entry of employer verification information, serving as back up in coverage of the Customer Service Center and other ad hoc duties assigned based on the business needs.
