Employee will be required to work some weekends
*
- Greet and welcome customers in friendly and professional manner
*
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers
*
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout area
*
- Answer customer’s questions
*
- Bag orders including drink retrieval
*
- All orders bagged must have ticket to accompany their order to ensure accuracy
*
- Take ticket(s) to kitchen in timely manner
*
- Monitor register to ensure it has adequate cash and coins available
*
- Accepts orders for takeout via telephone and in- person
*
- Inform on-duty manager of customer complaints
*
- Responsible for ensuring tickets taken to the kitchen are accurate and no duplicates orders are prepared
*
- Clean front area after closing
*
- Ability to be on their feet for a majority of the day
Requirements :
*1-3 Years experience working in a customer service position, food industry preferred but not required
*Proven ability to operate cash register and manage drawer
*Able to assist customers with purchases and answers product related questions
*Highly skilled in providing a timely, efficient, and considerate customer service
Benefits:
$10.50 per hour for 10-25 hours per week
