Enrollment Processors will receive files electronically and be asked to review and update information in the member’s file. Processors will search through multiple databases to locate the necessary information to update the member’s file. This position will be very data driven and the agents need to be comfortable with processing high volumes of data and be focused on accuracy. Provide an accurate and thorough examination of the member’s Medicare Enrollment to resolve the appeal. Basic Qualifications:
