The HR Representative role supports departmental administrative office functions and provides high level customer service. This role works directly with numerous division directors on the H.R. team providing administrative support, assistance with projects, and general assistance with numerous tasks. Additionally, this role serves as a point of contact for employee questions or concerns as submitted through the HR email box or via phone. The HR Representative answers questions in a timely and appropriate manner as well as escalating matters when necessary. The successful candidate will posses extraordinary attention to detail, exceptional follow up and follow through skills as well as a high level of customer service. This role will be required to learn and retain information regarding the organization’s structure, policies and personnel to make administrative decisions, exercising independent judgment and discretion and answering inquiries appropriately.
