Mail

Coordinator


to join our team in Cedar Rapids. Employing some of the most

Responsibilities:
Sort & distribute incoming internal mail.


Re-address misdirected mail and assist in other clerical

functions, such as filing, running errands, and labeling.


Sort and distributes inventory in the Office Supply Recycle

Center.


Sorts and labels parts.


Job Skills & Attributes:
Cooperation – Understands the value of cooperating with

coworkers.


Customer Service Orientation – Knowledgeable regarding the process

of interacting with customers to provide positive experience and issue

resolution.


Decisiveness – Recognizes the importance of staying committed to

a course of action once a decision has been made.

policies, and procedures.


Information Management – Uses elementary software packages for

basic record keeping purposes.

resolving disagreements.


Stress Tolerance – Understands the importance of staying calm

and relaxed under high pressure situations.


Qualifications


High school Diploma or equivalent


Ability to communicate with a wide variety of technical and management personnel.


Teamwork and organizational skills are essential,


Strong communication skills with other internal departments will be necessary for the successful candidate.
