As Research Assistant, Child Sponsorship Research you will support the research team with research tasks, including literature and documentation review, development of tools, data analysis and report writing. In addition, you will support the team lead with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong research emphasis in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in research or evaluation roles, working with multiple projects in international organisations.
- Demonstrated expertise in qualitative and quantitative research and evaluation methodologies, methods and tools, as well as experience in using research software applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate with many different functions, cultures and levels in the organisation (orally and in writing.).
- Fluency in English.
