We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to help us manage an assigned client base by supporting department leaders to implement people strategies to positively impact business goals and is actively involved and leads department level Performance Management strategies to optimize work force; investigates and resolves employee relations issues; implements communications and programs to drive employee engagement and retention. Management/supervisory responsibility for a small team of Business Partners.

Your contribution
- Generalist HR responsibilities across most HR functions – performance management, talent management, employment law, employee relations, compensation and benefits
- Facilitate centralized oversight of employee relations activities across the company, including proactive improvement efforts, complaint investigations, and remedial intervention efforts
- Establish global framework for ER activities and develop a plan for globalizing the ER function
- Partner internally with Senior Management Team, General Counsel, the Compliance Team, Internal Audit, and other PSI stakeholders as appropriate to achieve the job responsibilities, and create alignment and consistency in how investigations are conducted and resolved
- Project management, time management and change management including influencing skills to help persuade department leaders in impacting positive change
- Deliver communication company-wide including the ability to deliver difficult messages to business leaders
- Relationship management and conflict resolution
- Proven track record of leading with a quality improvement focus and relentless pursuit of excellence and delivering results in a fast paced environment
What are we looking for?
The basics
- Eight (8) years Human Resources experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or related degree
- Experience in most areas of human resources but specifically in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, people development and compensation
- Strong coaching, conflict resolution, relationship and team building skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to positively communicate, motivate, and influence at all levels in the organization
- Exceptional customer service disposition- enabling ability to effectively coach and provide value-add consultative services
- Ability to relate to all levels of the organization and drive business results
- Ability to create strong relationships quickly with leaders and employees
- Emotional intelligence to manage difficult messages
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business strategy and HR implications
- Efficiency working across organizational and regional boundaries to succeed in a highly-matrixed global organization
- High integrity; the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Energy and stamina to lead in complex, fast paced business environment with ability to remain calm under pressure
