Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a Director and his/her department at Unilever in Jonesboro, AR.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining a Director’s calendar, his/her departmental employees’ calendars, and scheduling meetings, appointments and conferences with internal Unilever employees and outside customers and vendors.
Reviewing a Director’s incoming mail and prioritizing each piece of incoming mail.
Processing expense accounts for the director and other employees within the department.
Maintain department files.
Arrange travel for the Factory Director and his/her department.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide immediate follow-up to questions and issues.
Key Requirements:
High School Diploma with some college experience.
Five years’ experience in an administrative support role; Must have been in a corporate environment supporting a manager or higher.
