Responsibilities are to include…


  • General administrative duties relating to recruitment

  • Creating MS Word & MS Excel documents

  • Emailing internal and external stakeholders

  • Ordering office necessities / stationary

  • Call handling

  • Hospitality arrangements

  • Filing

  • Liaising with other offices nationally and internationally

  • Checking documentation

  • Assisting the Projects department in project coordination

Ideal candidate:


  • Proven admin experience

  • Ideally 5 GCSEs or equivalent.

  • Computer literal with a good command of MS Outlook and MS Excel

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

  • Capable of working in a busy department

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Be a team player

  • Highly self-motivated to learn

  • Dynamic

  • A flexible approach to work

  • High attention to detail

  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude
