Our client is a healthcare recruitment specialist which provides ambulance professionals to the NHS and private sector for temporary placements.
Position: Recruitment Operations Manager
Location: Loudwater, Buckinghamshire (commutable from High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Uxbridge, Slough, Maidenhead, Watford, Oxford)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum
Bonus: Generous commission / bonus scheme
Benefits: Employee benefits scheme, 25 days holiday
ROLE
Medic Now is looking for an experienced Branch Manager / Sales Manager to join our fast growing specialist recruitment agency.

Within this role you will be reviewing and updating processes and workflows to ensure alignment and efficiencies for all recruitment activity. You will be working in partnership with clients to understand recruitment/resourcing needs, and also be actively involved in coaching and training and maximising the potential of each member of the team.
You will also have knowledge of current recruiting trends and best-in-class recruiting practices.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager / Divisional Recruitment Manager with proven experience of managing a team. You will bring a “can-do” approach to securing and delivering major pieces of business.
You will be an inspirational individual who can influence a team and bring vision and direction.
You may have experience of the following: Branch Manager, Healthcare Recruitment, Recruiter, Sales Manager, Agency, Rec Con, Business Development, Sales, Technical Recruitment, NHS, Staffing Solutions, Lead Generation, New Business Development, Branch Management, Recruitment Operations Manager etc.
