Interim Trainer – High Wycombe – £29,000, 6 months
Due to expansion, business growth and development our client is looking for some additional Learning & Development support for 6 months. You will be based at their office in High Wycombe delivering training to a fast paced business.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning, improving and delivering a wide ranging portfolio of training and development courses.
- Induction
- Customer service/Sales
- Business processes
- Offer one to one coaching support to staff at all levels as well as group training delivery.
- Evaluating the portfolio of courses delivered and enhancing where relevant.
This is a good opportunity for someone with existing (and strong) entry level skills across the whole of the training cycle.
- It is essential that you have experience of training delivery within a sales environment.
- It is expected that you have some understanding and experience of how to set about designing coursework from scratch
Our client is looking for someone with the enthusiasm to get stuck in to a busy and challenging environment. A CTP qualification or similar will be viewed as advantageous to your application.
Salary – up to £29,000
Contract – 6 months although this could be extended/made permanent.
Location – High Wycombe
