A leading automotive manufacturer requires a Marketing Manager with the gravitas necessary to head up their CRM, sponsorship and events strategies in such a way as to increase customer retention and enhance customer experience.
Principally your remit will be:
- Delivering brand promise throughout the customer journey via implementation of CRM, event and sponsorship strategy
- The development of on-time and on-message communications to stimulate sales of products and services
- Ensure best practice throughout the CRM strategy in order to maximise lead acquisition and conversion
Your experience in this field will be underpinned by:
- Measurable consumer and commercial focus
- A solid understanding of Market segmentation
- Experience working on multiple product lines
- Solid Sponsorship/Events & customer rentention skills
- Strong project planning skills
- Competent third party management
